Hours Of Operation

Monday- Sun (9AM-6PM) 

Any services requested after 6pm will require a non-refundable fee of $50. 

Bookings

It is important that you book at least 2 weeks in advance.

Any bookings booked less than two weeks will be subject to a last-minute booking fee.

Please be aware that you must check into your hotel before we decorate; WE DO NOT book hotel rooms or check in for clients. That is your responsibility, we simply help create a night that will never be forgotten. Apartments, Airbnb,and Condos will be an additional fee of $80 with a copy of your ID.

Deposit

80% percent of the total amount is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is DUE one week prior to your event. ALL deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE. 


Cancellation

The date requested will be confirmed and saved upon recieving the deposit which is NON- REFUNDABLE. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled booking then the  deposit can be used for a future booking as long as its used within 1 month from the original booking date. After 1 month you will have to resubmit a quote and pay a new deposit.


Absolutely no refunds

Travel

We offer services throughout Portland, OR, and all surrounding areas. There is a $40 commuting fee for all bookings booked 20 miles from downtown Portland.

Decorating

Decorating will take 2-3 hours unless you add additional add-ons it may take a little longer, depending on the package you choose. You can’t be present in the room while we are decorating, please plan according to your decor time.

Cleaning (Hotel Rooms Only)

You are solely responsible for cleaning up unless you booked our next day cleaning service at an additional cost of $95. Please keep in mind that the hotel will charge you extra for leaving the room a mess. INTIMATE EVENTS BY T is not liable for any cleaning fee charges!!

Late Fees

If you are more than 15 min late arriving to allow us to decorate there will be an additional charge of $80 and you must pay in full before we start to decorate, or your appointment will be canceled with no refund.

Hotel

If you are already staying at the hotel before the event date, please ensure that the room is cleaned and ready before our arrival. Please put away all personal items in the closet and food in the fridge. We will NOT decorate a dirty room or wait for housekeeping to clean your room and your appointment will be canceled… If you are more than 15 min late there to let us into the room to decorate there will be an additional charge of $80 and you must pay in full before we start to decorate, or your appointment will be canceled.
